6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
